Document Description
The proposed well site would be located on a parcel ~0.23 acres (100' x 100') owned by LHMWD. The well would be connected to an existing 8 inch diameter water line in an existing pipeline easement between the end of Devil's Ladder Road and the 0.5 million gallon Commons Tank and linked to the balance of the area system. Characteristics include: Well is projected to operate at 20-30 gpm; A test was drilled to a depth of ~345 ft which will be converted to a permanent municipal water supply well provided water quality meets the CA Dept. of Health Services' standards under Title 22 of CA Code of Regulations; There would be a single-phase power service installed by Anza Electric Cooperative to serve the new well site. The new underground power line, ~70 ft in length would be installed in the proposed access road easement to the well site.
