Adoption of the Beech Avenue Industrial Park Specific Plan text, land use and circulation map, and amendment to the Mexican Colony Interim Rural Community Plan boundaries to exclude a portion of the project site. 2. General Plan Amendment from 5.6 (Estate Residential Min. 2 1/2 - acres/DU) and 8,1 (Intensive Agriculture) to 4.1 (Accepted County Plan Areas) with an underlying Map Code 7.2 (Medium Industrial) land use designation (GPA #1, Map 79-26). 3. Zone Change to M-2 PD.
