Note: Recirculated The Proposed Project is the Solana Del mar Villas 8-Unit Residential Condominium Project and includes a request for a Structure Development Permit, Tentative Map, and Development Review permit to develop an 8-unit residential condominium project. The project site is located at 700 Ida Avenue. The site is located adjacent west of I-5, south of Genevieve Street, and north of Via de La Valle. The 0.91 acre (39,548 s.f.) vacant parcel has a General Plan land use designation of Medium-High Residential, and currently is zoned for Medium-High Residential development. No changes to the land use designation or underlying zoning designation are proposed. The Proposed Project consists of eight 3-story attached residential units with a proposed maximum height of 23.97 feet ranging in size from 2,274 to 4,168 s.f. and include a two-care garage.
