Document Description
Proposed project involves the approval of a Tentative Parcel Map and a Plot Plan. Parcel map involves the subdivision of approximately 104 acres into nine parcels. The applicant has proposed two options for the plot plan. Option A proposed to develop eight building on the property, with a total of 351 loading docks and 1,620 parking spaces as well as internal driveways and landscape areas. Option B proposes to develop six building on the property with a total of 320 loading docks and 1,595 parking spaces.
