Document Description
The City of Arcadia is proposing to construct two new wells to ensure that adequate system capacity is available to use as a source of blend water to keep the existing St. Joseph Well No. 2 operating in the event one of the City's existing wells becomes inoperable. The St. Joseph well exceeds the nitrate standard. Blending all three wells will allow the city to meet the nitrate drinking water standard. A water main extension will also be constructed to connect the two new wells to the existing distribution system.
