Document Description
ConocoPhillips proposes to increase the throughput at their Santa Maria Refinery by 10% and allow previously refined petroleum liquids (gas/oil) to be transported by truck to the Santa Maria Pump Station from Bakersfield and mixed with the crude oil. Semi-refined petroleum products are then shipped by pipeline from the Santa Maria Refinery to the Rodeo Refinery in the San Francisco Bay Area.
