Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, John Devincenzo. The current project, as part of the Devincenzo Fruit Ranch Subdivision, consists of the expansion of an existing railcar bridge crossing over See Canyon Creek (See Canyon Bridge No. 2) by reinforcing the abutments with additional concrete and rebar to meet structural requirements of the County Fire Department. Project activities will occur above the 100-year flood plain and beyond the top of the bank. Construction will occur during the dry season between April 15 and June 15, 2008. Silt fencing and straw wattles will be installed surrounding the excavated areas to prevent sedimentation of the stream.
