The lot consists of four parcels totaling approximately 9,800 square feet and is presently improved with a 7,000 square foot dilapidated building, and adjacent parking ot. The existing building will be demolished in order to construct an 8,000 square foot, two-story excercise/training facility with classroom and office space. The existing parking lot will be renovated to accommodate thirteen spaces.
