Document Description
To construct a see trhough iron fence with concrete pillars (on 20-foot-centers) on the waterside crown shoulder of the left (east) bank levee of the Sacramento River. Fencing will improve safety for the residents and the public, an will be maintained to allow easy visual inspection of the river and levee system for flood protection purposes.
