To abandon an existing deteorated discharge pipe through the left (east) bank levee of the Sacrmaneto Deep Water Channel underlying Jefferson Boulevard, and to replace it with a new 20-inch diameter steel pipe. The existing limne will be grouted and abandoned in place.
