Document Description
Caltrans proposes a traffic safety project that consists of installing two new signal poles, four ADA ramps, and loop detectors at the intersection. A nearby signal for Union Pacific Railroad will be synchronized with the Caltrans traffic signal. The purpose and need of the project is to improve pedestrian safety, reduce collison, and enhance traffic flow.
