Document Description
Project consists of a two encroachments which will involve the removal of two culvert crossings. The crossing at Site #2 will be abandoned, and the area will be re-vegetated and restored. All associated fill material, soil and debris from both crossings will be removed and stored in an area where they will not deliver to a watercourse.

This project proposes to remove two culvert road crossings and restore native riparian habitat at one crossing removal site from the banks of a watercourse. No entry of equipment or materials into the live, flowing watercourse will occur. There will be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare, or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
