Document Description
The intent is to extend the life of 20 culverts in need of repair. The beneficiaries would be the traveling public, and taxpayers, as costly replacement would be deferred. The rehabilitation involved the installation of plastic pipe liners inside existing culverts, and replacement of headwalls, flared end sections (FES) and sections of existing corrugated metal pipe (CMP).
