An Initial Study with supporting documents and a Mitigated Negative Declaration were prepared and adopted as part of the original approval of Conditional Use Permit 88-4 pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. The current application is exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15162 (Subsequent EIRs and Negative Declarations) of the California Environmental Quality Act as the proposed project is covered under the scope of the prior approved and adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration and no new information is known that would significantly change any impacts.
