Document Description
This project will install power and water lines for a residence by excavating an open trench from Elk Mountain Road across the dry streambed of Middle Creek to an existing well. The portion of the trench impacting the stream zone will be 5 feet deep, 1.5 feet wide and 420 feet long. Once the power and water lines are installed, the trench will be backfilled with the excavated material and compacted. Work will occur when it is dry and riparian vegetation shall be removed.
