Document Description
Caltrans proposes to relocate the existing High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lane within the Elk Grove interchange on the northbound on-ramp. The change will be made by re-stripping the on-ramp resulting in moving the mixed flow traffic to the inside of the ramp and the HOV "through" traffic to the outside. A minor curve correction will also be undertaken to improve bus right turns and improve traffic flow. Minor electrical work will also take place.
