Document Description
Licensee filed a petition for change requesting to move the presently licensed Point of Diversion (POD) to a new location approximately 640 feet upstream; both points are on the main stem Napa River. The petition states that relocation of the POD is necessary because access tot he River has become problematic at the current location. The River channel alignment in the vicinity of the existing POD has changed due to geomorphic processes.
