Document Description
There is a clear an imminent danger and threat of invasion of known Quagga and Zebra Mussels species to Ruth Lake. In order to protect the water quality of Ruth Lake and Mad River, HBMWD's water distribution system, the fishery, and HBMWD's customers from escalating equipment maintenance and replacement costs. Ordinance 18 was promulgated by the Board of Directors of HBMWD initiating a temporary boating restriction on Ruth Lake.
