The Western Municipal Water District (WMWD) Board of Directors approved Ordinance 370 on September 3, 2008, which replaced Ordinance 368 to set forth the rules and Regulations Governing Water Service, including increased rates and charges for water service. WMWD finds that due to the unique requirements for the water systems and services within each of the service areas, it is necessary to have specific rates and charges for each.
