The project is a request for a use permit to allow the construction and operation of a church facility. The property is a 13.33-acre parcel that contains an existing residence and a separate permitted residence currently under construction. The project will consist of two phases. In Phase 1, the existing residence will be converted to a 2,400-square foot, two-story office for the church. No services or meetings are proposed in the church office. In Phase 2, a 6,000-square-foot church facility for 75-100 parishioners will be constructed. It is anticipated the facility will be used three times per week.
