CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0038-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to the project Applicant, Tsakopoulos Investments, as represented by Angelo G. Tsakopoulos. The project is limited to the construction of a residential in-fill development on an approximately 121 acre site. The development will include 89-single family residential parcels, internal access roads, water, sewer, and storm drainage improvements, a 77 foot long spanning bridge, and approx. 17 acres of preserved open space.
