- The overall goal of the project is to design and implement erosion control and water quality improvement measures that will reduce the discharge of sediment and pollutants to Lake Tahoe from County rights of way in the Tahoe Pines area. The Tahoe Pines Area A ECP focuses on source control with the inclusion of conveyance improvements and treatment facilities to treat stormwater runoff. The project will have a direct benefit to the quality of nearby waterways and utilmately Lake Thaoe as well as benefits to the natural environment.
