Document Description
The proposal includes a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation for the 1.22 acre site from Low Density Residential (2.0-8.0 units/acre) to Medium Density Residential (8.0-18.0 units/acre) and rezoning of the site from the R-1-6 (Single Family Residential) to the R-3-18 (Multi-family Residential) zoning district. Although not proposed for development at this time, the General Plan Amendment and Rezoning applications include conceptual design plans that indicate eighteen (18) attached residential units, with forty-one (41) parking spaces. The conceptual plan results in a density of 14.8 dwelling units per acre.
