Installation of two parking lots for a total of 30 vehicle spaces; Improve existing vehicle access from Coleman Valley Rd.; Construct one ADA compliant restroom building; Construct ~3 mi. of new hiking trails, including .5 mi. of ADA compliant trail; Install five picnic sites, interpretive signs, and security infrastructure (gates, security lights, pay telephone); Install a caretaker site consisting of mobile home pad, utilities and water system; Stabilize historic ranch house and tank house.
