Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0198-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the Folsom South Area Group. The project is to allow the Folsom South Area Group and its employees, agents, or contractors and their subcontractors to conduct the authorized associated with the Backbone Infrastructure Project within the Folsom Specific Plan Area (SPA). The Backbone Infrastructure Plan includes major roads and trails, water and sewer infrastructure, and storm drain infrastructures within the SPA.
