A Planned Development Permit Extension for a period of one year (until February 23, 2025) and another Planned Development Permit Extension for a period of one year (until February 23, 2026) for development of the Alder Creek Apartments Project (PDEV23-026) were approved with the addition of Mitigation Measure 3A.2.4a based upon the Folsom Area Specific Plan Final EIR/EIS and the February 23, 2021 Addendum for the Alder Creek Apartment project, assuring that the project will not have any new significant impacts on the environment.
