Document Description
The Regency Phase 2 and 3 Project is located within the FPASP area and consists of a mixed-use development of 155.66 acres. The authorized activities under this sub-notification are mass grading, construction of a detention basin, and a temporary crossing. The amendment to the Agreement includes a revised Project Description that contains an update to the mass grading project area as described in the original Subnotification. This includes temporary impacts for an electrical utility line north of the Regency 2 and 3 Project boundary, a Utility Trench Restoration Plan, and a new impact map specific to the project activities associated with the utility trench.
