Document Description
This amendment includes an extension of the subnotification term through April 30, 2024 and an update to mitigation credit purchase acreage to be consistent with the approach outlined in the original subnotification, as updated with the United States Army Corps of Engineers Permit Modification granted to the project in May 2022. The required mitigation credit purchase shall be 1.755 credits, purchased from a CDFW-approved bank. Proof of mitigation shall be provided prior to the commencement of project activities and shall include payment receipt and bill of sale from a CDFW-approved bank
