The Eagle Properties 85A Project is located within the FPASP area and consists of a mixed-use development of 90.60 acres. Authorized activities under the sub-notification include construction of a detention basin and mass grading. This amendment revises the project footprint in accordance with the latest project plans. Impacts to aquatic resources (and associated mitigation requirement) have been reduced from 1.313 acres to 1.202 acres as a result of the update.
