The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department) has executed Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0198-001 0-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Folsom South Area Group, as represented by Jim Ray. The Eagle Properties 85A Project is located within the FPASP area and consists of developing 85.2 acres for "Interim Scenario" or 7 4.3 acres for "Ultimate Scenario" Authorized activities under the sub-notification detention basin outfall and grading to fill aquatic habitat.
