The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (Department) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0198-0007-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, TNHC Russell Ranch LLC as represented by Mark Stacy.
The Russell Ranch Phase 2 Project is located within the FPASP area and consists of constructing a 134.8-acre residential housing development. Authorized activities under the subnotification include: new culverts, channel re-establishment, and grading to fill aquatic habitat.
