Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2012-0198-0198-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Folsom South Area Group.
The project is to allow the Folsom South area Group and its employees, agents, or contractors and their subcontractors to conduct the authorized activities associated with the Folsom Specific Plan Area (SPA). Amendment No. 2 includes additional offsite improvements including a detention basin, road improvements, trails and utility crossings. Additional impacts of approximately 0.154 acres will be mitigated consistent with the subject Master Agreement sub notification previously approved.
