CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2012-0198-0003-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Folsom South Area Group as represented by Jim Ray. The Folsom 138 project is located within the FPASP area and consists of constructing a 138 acre residential housing development. Authorized activities under the sub-notification include: new culverts and grading or filling of wetland or stream.
