Conditional Use Permit CUP08-017 to allow construction of a 30,000 +/- square foot, 92 bed, skilled nursing facility addition to Avalon convalescent Hospital, parking facilities, landscaping and accessory improvements on a 2.6 +/- acre parcel zoned C-1 (General Commercial) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code. The project includes excavation of 47,211 cubic yards and placement of 236 cubic yards of fill. Proposed parking for the project site is 69 spaces.
