Parking for 14 cars, including disabled-accessible space, would be provided, primarily by means of a mechanical stacker system at the ground floor, accessible from Steuart Street. No off-street loading would be provided. The project sponsor has received a Platinum Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Core & Shell pre-certification for the proposed project through the United States Green Building Council.
