The two-phase construction of three buildings, consisting of an approximate total area of 107,000 square feet to be used for general industrial purposes, including manufacturing/assembly, warehouse, and office uses. Specific uses being proposed include aluminum-sheet and -extrusion fabrication and aluminum finishing and distribution. Phase 1 consists of a 55,00-square-foot building for manufacturing/assembly, warehouse, and office purposes. Phase 2 would add another 50,000-square-foot building for manufacturing/assembly and warehouse purposes. A 2,400-square-foot paint-storage building will also be constructed.
