Document Description
A master plan and related construction describing recommended changes to the water system in Patterson's "Old Town," including the placement of new water distribution lines, replacement of selected aging water lines, placement of new fire hydrants and replacement of selected fire hydrants, and appurtenances to the water distribution system. Improvements would take place in the Downtown Core, Downtown Residential, General Commercial, Public/Quasi-Public, Parks/Open Space, Heavy Industrial, High Density Residential and Medical Professional Zones. Improvements to the water system will provide better service for municipal demands, fire suppression, health and water quality, as well as complement the water system in the rest of the City.
