Document Description
The project assessed by this initial study includes a master plan and related construction for the placement of new water distribution lines, replacement of selected aging water lines, placement of new fire hydrants, and replacement of sewer pipes, and redirection of the sewer system's gateway flow in Patterson's "Old Town." Improvements to the water system will provide better service for municipal demands, fire suppression, health and water quality, as well as complement the water system in the rest of the City.
