Caltrans has executed Encroachment permit 02-19-RP-0386 to the project applicant. The proposed project would widen/relocate intersection of Lower Springs Rd/SR 299. Improvements include utility relocation, installation of drainage facilities, installation of conduit for signaling, and asphalt concrete overlay/striping. NOD is for issuance of encroachment of project activities within State Right of Way.
