CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0203-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sierra Pacific Industries as represented by Gary Blanc.
Project is limited to Phases 1B through 8 as described in the notification dated April 2017. Phases 1B through 8 include permanently impacting approx. 0.040 acre of stream channel. The project will not result in the removal of riparian vegetation or instream wetland vegetation.
