Document Description
NOTE: Review Per Lead The proposed Project consists of approximately 272.9 acres of undeveloped land, with approximately 145.5 acres deemed suitable for development. The Project proposes development of 440 residential units (248 singles family units, 96 clustered single family units, and 96 apartment units) designated with a mix of housing types, including single family, multiple family, cluster homes with garden courts, and custom home sites. More specifically, the proposed Project would construct the following: 12 single family units with an ~3,500 sf building on each lot, 49 single family units with ~3,000 sf buildings, 187 single family units with ~2,500 sf building, 96 clustered, garden court single family units totaling ~5,800 sf, and 96 apartment units totaling ~38,000 sf. In addition, the Project proposes a 13.9 acres neighborhood park with amenities such as a soccer field, a softball field, basketball courts, a frisbee golf course, a ball wall, and play grounds. The Project would also include construction of an internal circulation network, utility connections, and storm drainage improvements necessary to serve the lots.
