Document Description
Coastal Development Permit No. 23-001 for the construction of a 12,500 square
foot in-ground permanent skatepark, 146 square foot two-stall restroom building, 36 stall parking lot, two bioretention basins, landscaping, crosswalk over Winter Mesa Drive, various skating equipment, fencing, and benches located on Lot 7 of the case (formerly Crummer) property in the Planned Development and Public Open Space Zoning Districts located at 24250 Pacific Coast Highway (City of Malibu)
Addendum No. 3 to the Final EIR prepared for the CDP analyzed whether the modifications to the project would result in any significant impacts or substantially increase the severity of the previously anticipated impacts and concluded that no significant impacts would occur and no increase in the severity of previously anticipated impacts would result. The coastal development permit was approved subject to conditions.
