Construction of a 13,000ft. (~2.5mi.) long, eight (8)-in. diameter water pipeline within the State Route (SR) 2 "Angeles Crest Highway" right-of-way, from the Sheep Creek Reservoir site located west of SR 2, ~two (2)-mi. north of the community of Wrightwood, to Twin Lakes in the town of Wrightwood where it will connect with existing disturbance system at approx. the intersection of Oak St. and Irene St.
