Document Description
The proposed project would add new allowable land uses to approximately 46.4 acres of land. The project includes a General Plan Amendment to create a new High Density Residential land use designation that would permit multi-family uses at a range of 30 to 40 dwelling units per acre. The project also proposes the creation of a Mixed-Use Overlay that would give prospective developers the option to add High Density Residential Uses above first floor retail commercial uses. These land uses would be in addition to the Office Park and Institutional land uses already permitted within the project area.
