Document Description
The 1910 Waterman Avenue project consists of a General Plan Amendment (GPA No. 08-03) to re-designate the site from Medium-Density residential to Public Usage; and Change of Zone (COZ No. 08-03) to change the R-2 Variable Residential zoning to LU Limited Use. The Public Usage and LU Limited Use zoning would allow for the future development of the 6-acre site within the City's Number 3 Fire Station, as well as a future 2-acre passive public park. The future fire station facility would be ~18,000 sf and would house two fire engines.
