Document Description
Update to the Housing Element of the City's General Plan. The Housing Element identifies land and financial resources available to meet its fair share of housing needs as determined by the Regional Housing Needs Assessment. The Housing Element also describes policies and actions the city will pursue to assist in the development of housing, remove constraints to housing, conserve and improve the housing stock, promote equal housing opportunities, and preserve existing affordable housing units.
