Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Parcel Map to subdivide 5.26 acres into two lots. The property currently is vacant. An existing 32 foot wide road and utility easement is located on the east side of the project site bordering Rolling Hills Ave. Another four (4) foot wide utility easement is located on the northeast corner of the site. An estimated 7,500 cubic yards of grading is proposed and will be balanced on site. Ingress and egress is provided by Rolling Hills Ave. Water service will be provided by septic tanks and leech fields.
