Addendum to the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration Bass Lake Water Company Willow Creek Water

Note: Review Per Lead & Lead Agency changed from Dept of Health Services to SWRCB. Following adoption of the 2008 IS/MND, the Bass Lake Water company refined the design of the new water treatment plant with a modern microfiltration treatment plant and propose to remove the old facility now on Forest Service land. The proposed intake structure was built in 2012. The footprint of proposed project site remains the same size: approx 0.55 acres (160 ft x 150 ft) with an additional 0.34 acres for the access road. The modified proposed facilities include the following: treatment plant metal building (4,111 sf) pump station/storage metal building. Two below ground backwash equalization sumps (7,500 gal), raw water storage tank (31,000 gal), finished water storage tank(81,170 gal), below ground solids/wastewater disposal pump station (42 sf), PG&E pad-mounted transformer and electrical.
