Document Description
1. Make corresponding changes to the street alignments and lot lines in Vesting Tentative Tract 4927; 3. Approve a change of zone for Planning Area H from C-2 (Community Shopping Center) in order to conform with Specific Plan 13; Amendment No. 2; 4. Allow the removal of eighteen (18) non-native oak trees located on-site, and 5. Allow the construction of a 153,148 sq. ft. COSTCO retail outlet with accompanying parking, gas station and signage.
