Document Description
1. To amend specific plan no. 13 in order to realign Grande Vista and Wendy Drive and reconfigure the intersection of Camino Dos Rios and Academy Drive and make corresponding changes to Planning Unit boundaries; 2. Make corresponding changes to the street alignments and lot lines in Vesting Tentative Tract 4927; 3. Approve a change of zone for Planning Area H from C-2 (Community Shopping Center) in order to conform with Specific Plan 13; Amendment No. 2; 4. Allow the removal of eighteen (18) non-native oak trees located on-site, and 5. Allow the construction of a 153,148 sq. ft. COSTCO retail outlet with accompanying parking, gas station and signage.
