PL23-0034 (Site Approval) – A request for approval to construct a 298,839 square foot speculative industrial building on 13.5 acres of land located in the M2 (General Industrial) zoning district at 13610 Yorba Avenue (APN: 1019-501-01 & 1019-511-07). Adoption of an Addendum to the City of Chino General Plan EIR, SCH#2008091064, has been prepared for this project pursuant to Section 15164 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. The project is within the scope of the EIR, which adequately describes the activity for the purposes of CEQA.
